How Our Company Headshot Sessions Work

1. Consultation
We’ll jump on a quick call or email exchange to understand your team size, preferred style, and whether you’d like the shoot in-studio or at your office. We’ll also agree on timelines and packages upfront.

2. On-Site Studio Setup
On the day, we bring the full studio experience to you, lights, backdrop, and everything needed for consistent, professional results. Setup usually takes 30 minutes and requires a small meeting room or open space.

3. Team Headshots
Each team member is photographed quickly and efficiently, with guidance on posing so everyone looks natural and confident. We keep sessions smooth so your workday isn’t disrupted.

4. Group Photos (Optional)
If you’d like team or department group shots, we’ll capture those during the same session.

5. Retouching & Delivery
Every headshot is professionally retouched and delivered via a secure online gallery. Expect a turnaround of 7-14 working days. Team leads can easily download individual images or full sets.
